Prof. Annette Bauer is an Assistant Professorial Research Fellow in the Care Policy and Evaluation Centre at the London School of Economics and Political Science. In the past, she has worked part-time as an economist for the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence, leading the economic work for six social care guidelines. With a decade of experience in the UK and in low- and middle-income countries, her groundbreaking economic research in mental health and social care policies, programmes, and interventions has influenced policy, research and practice globally.
